somewhere on this thread, you said to me, when rats was paying pennies and using loads of lecy, get him to pay more, so i challenged him, and got it nearly doubled, and was able to cover the amount he was using for utilities.

cant he go to the dhss, and say he,s living with you as a lodger, and claim rent. he,s old enough to stand on his own two feet, so should be classed as an adult living with you, and should apply for rent allowance.
