Not to knowledgeable on the German front, but if it does the trick...... have one for me
Try "Brother's" pear cider. At 7% it goes down smooth and really hits you after a few!

It's a hard fate being intercontinental, ST.
Cheers, DQ, I'm not sure it'll go well with the antibiotics, but I'll take the risk.

Sorry to hear of the problems and hope that you get better soon.
I don't know why - it reminded me of a nice bit of graffiti some years ago. There was a road isgn that read 'Dover for the continent' under which someone had added, 'Harwich for the incontinent'.

Lots of liquid to flush out the 'system' sometimes helps cystitis without antibiotics. Overdoses of vitamin c may help. Or at least, it has helped me.

I heard that it was "Frinton for the incontinent".
B'El will no doubt have a selection of herbal remedies for bladder complaints in her shop. Mind you, they're not usually very nice (nettle infusions?)

Since reading Post 34 this morning, I've had Tammy Wynette's "Stand by your man" going round in my head -
Sometimes it's hard to be a woman....

Thanks, TC, it's in my head too, now.
Herbal teas or cranberry juice will support the antibiotics, but I couldn't do without antibiotics, unfortunately.
From the first sign I notice until the test at the doctors a few hours later, there's already blood in the p...
I have no idea why it's always going from zero' to 'blood in the p' that quickly.
