Age is definitely a state of mind. Some days I feel 21 again, some days 42 and others 92. I just wish I was 21 again with all the knowledge and experience I have now. My lif would have been so different

You know when I first joined h2g2 I felt so old, hence the as if I couldn't possibly fit in with the students and assorted people I first came across, but age is no barrier to friendship here and that is what I value most.

Same here, Webbie. There are occasions when I feel much younger - going to London meets has this juvenescent effect on me.

Yes, so did I. I guess that's one reason it took me a good 2.5 years to get involved with the 'serious' things here.
Yet, I went to my first London meet after I had only been here for a year.
