Whatever - or better - Whoever Next?
Mu Beta Posted Jun 15, 2008
I think you're probably right.
It will be important, though, to make sure our later authors start to try and guide the story to a close.

Well the storyline seems to be moving on quite nicely, with new writers instinctively adding new twists and pushing the plot into a sort of 'phase two' where we've established a few characters and the drama really starts to unfold. I guess episode eight, and especially episodes nine and ten must be the time for springing surprises and revealing truths rather than adding new questions and fresh uncertainty to the mix.

Yes I certianly found that one of the more challenging aspects - have I moved the story on enough? Too far? Have I left enough avenues open for future writers? Or closed too many possibles?

As long as you are all enjoying the story, that is the main thing
I shall keep pressing the IID until someone tells me to stop

I've just been egotistically looking back over one of my old post articles and I notice that I now have an archive. When did that happen?

On 10 February, 2008. I think it was when your last article landed on my desk, so to say, and I noticed there were more than five.

Actually, with the two I wrote for whatever next, I think it now stands at ten. Thanks for the work Bel, it's a pleasant ego boast to look at your own archieve.

Ah yes, of course. Is ten articles enough for a badge?

I thought you were the editors Bel? Or do you have to e-mail yourself and then change your hat before you can read the e-mail and reply to it?

Email sent. Hope you'll get your badge tomorrow.
And lil is right, we are 'only' the Post editors, we can't apply the badges.

They used to be, but I believe with the recent economical situation inside the Beeb, it could be newspaper now
