Oh, ok. I don't think I'll go to the movies to watch it, I'll wait until its broadcast on TV.

Sorry, had to dash off. The chap I'm writing a play with rang and said he couldn't attach his re write to the email and I've just had to explain how to do it. Then while that was going on on the mobile, some-one else rang on landline and asked how did they get a document into text
How the heck should I know? I know nothing about these beasts. They are as clear as mud. People seem to think that I know about them. I'm just a dunder head.
Sorry didn't mean anything nasty about MI. The TV series had a chap in it who was good at disguises and was played by actor Martin Landau.

I know, we used to watch them. They were brilliant for their time.
Looks as if you're quite busy with all those tech questions and all.

In the end I got out an old book and quoted it over the phone. Did my street cred no harm, they don't know I was going from a book.
How are things in Germany?

Colleen's brother died on Wednesday. We have the funeral Friday 15th. We were due to fly out on 14th, so have had to cancel and rebook another flight, leaving 17th instead. The newer flight is £320.90 each more. We can claim the old fare back, but not the shortfull in the new flights. We have also had to book the car into a garage, as the person who was taking us to the airport now cannot so we have to drive ourselves. That will cost £53.45 more, as well. UIt's all pay out, isn't it. Still I'm going off to pack now. Clothes spread out over the bed.
Hairy Mistmess,
Happy thingy.

Oh my, I'm sorry.
How are Colleen and her sister in law coping?
Yet, I wish you a great time in America, just sorry it's all such a hassle now.

Colleen is very stressed out, what with the funeral, the changing of flights, having to change the journey to the airport and book the car in, not to mention the lack of help from insurance and BA. But she is a strong lady and I'm sure she will cope. The sister in law and Colleen have had a long chat on the telephone and Colleen has invited her over anytime the house gets empty, or she can't cope. The funeral is early, 0915 in the morning. Colleen is determined that the Christmas will not be spoilt.
He was a fantastic musician. He could play anything. Could not read music, nor had a single lesson. He just felt music.
Just had an email from some people we met on our last trip inviting us over to dinner when we go to USA. Look forward to that.
How are you? Well?

Colleen is right, you should try not let it spoil your christmas.
I'm fine, thank you, always busy, always tired
How is your eye, is it all ok now?

They say eye fine, but just suffering "dry eye" so have been given drops called false tears which lubricate the eye. See better without glasses at the moment. The right eye will be done 19/1/07.
Saw a delicious recipe for a stollen, drizzled with honey and pistachios, sounded really fantastic. Won't do it as we're going to USA.
Trying to get downloads of USDA maps for GPS, but they won't do it without a promotion code, and has I bought it after March 30th I have to apply for one and they will e mail it to me, but not for 6 weeks.
Have a nice holiday season and get back in new year.
Card on its way.
Tony
