Indeed... However the figure doesn't translate into my friends lsit... Most of the people I'm still in something approaching regular contact here on hootoo are straight females in the late 20's and early 30's.

I've often wondered if I was bisexual or not, but I guess the ultimate test is an actual sexual encounter, and I've never had one of 'em (with a guy).

It's hard to know, isn't it? I'm not sure whether I'm gay or bi, but I guess it's better to jst get on with it than worry about putting yourself into categories.

I've always believe that everyone is bisexual... we simply develope ito different degrees of it... I believe that bisexuality is part of social creatures make up, it's how groups of animals like humans or chimps etc... are able to hold together with more than one male and one female in the group... it prevents regular fighting within the group for positions of dominance... A 'straight' can have bisexuality only to the degree where they can appreciate beauty or power or other attractive traits in someone of the same sex and be drawn to them socially... It may be only indoctrination by society or religeon that keeps them from feeling sexual attraction to these people or they are sexually attracted by inhibited. And the same priciple can be applied to so called 'Gays', they may only act on their bisexuality so far as to go with partners that have traits typicaly associated with member of the opposite sex.

I go with Stealth coz ive found most people i know are equally likely to go for either. But i find fewer gay or bi blokes because of the stigma around it not coz their averse to it... did that make sense?

It's not so much the label, it's just I'd like to know for myself, to understand me, if you see what I mean!

I see what you mean...but I wouldn't put it to sexual epxeriences, because then you could say that someone with no sexual experience has no sexuality, and I don't think that makes sense...

Plus, it'd be more than a little awkard if you initiated a sexual encounter, only to discover you *weren't* bi at ALL...

Well, what about in your mind. Firstly would you have an aversion to being with a bloke (i figure your ok with women)? And then you start to think if you like the idea of it. theres no need for a physical side of it at all coz it can be worked out mentally.

Well, I don't have any aversion to it, but it could just be because I'm horny or a confused teenager or whatever.

As sadly true and unfortunate as that is, it doesn't help me much...
