Mind not to mix alcohol with painkillers though, it's a tad dangerous, or so I hear.

Honestly in my town and surrounding villages spermicidal condoms are hard to find... not that it bothers me as I prefer durex coral ribbed.

a good warm bath is always good for period pains, it eases the sharpness if it doesnt remove it and slows down the flow

Thanks guys! Well i tried a combination of them all and it seemed to help. Its not been that bad before, but this time the floor went all water like (waves and stuff) and i got all dizzy and stuff... hmmmm
Stealth - are you going to elaborate why you prefer that?

Eeeps! Was it a reaction to severre pain or something else that caused that wave like affect on you?
It's to do with my being oddly picky about what colour I'm wearing down there, and my belief that the ribbing does make the experience better for both parties.

I don't know why it happens. It may be coz i'm abit poorly now and that was coming on then, but i dont think so. Never mind. If it happens again i'll deal with it.
Colour huh? Oh well... i spose being confronted with a huge angry green latex blob could be quite intimidating... so i can understand that.
