Absence of knowledge does not mean absence of opinion
revrobuk came into being about 5 years ago following my on-line ordination into the Universal Life Church of Modesto, California. I chose this church because...
1, it came up first in the search,
2, it was free, and
3, they didn't ask any unpleasant or awkward questions about belief or faith thus allowing me to continue as an evangelical atheist.
When I went to set up a new e-mail account I thought I'd use the name revrob but, blow me, it was already taken so revrobuk was born.
Since then I've spent my time on this interweb thingy just aimlessly pootling around like a child in the park trying not to step in anything too nasty.
Porn for instance... Now I don't mind a bit of smut now and again but I think sex is like nose picking; OK if you're doing it but not much fun to watch. Plus the 'specialist sites'; am I the only one that thinks women can't really enjoy anal sex as they don't have a prostate gland to be stimulated? Also this business with shaven front bottoms smacks of latent paedophilia to me.
What I do like is being the opinionated, self obsessed sod that I am and having a light hearted argument, nothing too heavy, on a variety of topics. A good place for this is...

I hope at some point to contribute something in the future (the entry for Genesis was deeply disappointing) but in the meantime if you fancy a chat about love, life, the absence of God, world affairs, anything just drop me a line.
