I've been on Telewest for most of the sodding day!!!

Really not impressed.

The stats boxes were still on Darcys computer, so I took a look. There were between 8 and 22 people on available! And I'd been taking calls solid untill I went to look!

The service level was on 100%, there was absolutely NO reason for me to even be taking Telewest calls, let alone be taking them solidly!

Not happy, and I'm gonna tell Darcy.

You tell her, and get other people to do some of the work. It's not fair.

And one of my new fillings is loose. Sigh.

Poor filling.

I got taken off for an hour, but lo, I am back on again.
