I'm cold becuase it's freezy freezy cold here. brr.
I'm sat here with my coat on I'm sooo cold. 
I've been put up because I'm one of Darcys 'super stars'. 
Anyway, it all means more work for me.

It's soooooOOOOOOooOOOOOooooOOOOoooooooo unfair. I'm getting call after call after call after call after call after call, and everyone around me is sitting staring zombie faced at their screens because it's so quite.
I hate being one of the highest priority CSRs in the room. I hate being on Vodafone. I hate taking more calls than everyone else on my pod added together.
Bad bad bad.

I seem to be taking calls at the 'right' rate anyway, which is much better.

I had a toffee muffin earlier... it was lovely... then a little sickly... then very sickly. I couldn't finish it. It had a thick coating of hard toffee sauce, and the muffin itself was very sweet.

Eek! Potty woman just kept me on the line for 7 minutes complaining about the program "I'm a celebrity, Get me out of here!"...
She wanted to complain about 'the pair of geordies' (I believe they were Ant and Dec) on the program, because they made her feel ashamed to be from the north east...
After much encouragement she eventually told me the sodding channel!
*mutters*
Anyway, I am now the proud (*coughcough*) owner of a brand new 11 88 88 WE'LL SAVE YOU t-shirt...
