About me.
Okay, so this is where I write a little about myself...
I guess I'll start with what takes up most of my time, my job. Currently I am a CSR (Customer Services Rep... basically it means 'grunt'...) for a company called 11-88-88... 10 points to anyone who knows what they do.
My main hobby, and the thing which absorbs almost all of my personal time is a MUD (Multi User Dungeon... or 'game'). Currently I am playing my new mugger alt, Yoink (from Simpsons, the word Bart and Homer use when they steal things), who is progressing nicely. My other alts are Sleeter (warrior - PK), Keill (Assassin - PK), Loko (cutpurse - PK), and Yash (pishite). If you know any of those please feel free to drop a line and say 'Hi'.
I am also into a table top war game called Warhammer 40,000, which I don't get to play nearly often enough.
I live in Cardiff, which as you probably know is the capital of Wales. I moved here from London, and I am originally from Leicestershire in the midlands of England.
Okay, time to see who gets the 10 points... 11-88-88 is a directory services provider, operating Telewest 118-180, 11-88-48, 11-88-88, and a dedicated Vodafone branded version of the 11-88-88 service. Anyone calling 118-180 from a Telewest phone, 11-88-48, and half of the people calling 11-88-88 from any phone, come through to our call centre in Cardiff (the other half of 11-88-88 calls go to Swansea, we don't have any centres outside of the UK). We are not 118 118, although that doesn't stop the general public calling in and screaming "Got Your NUMBER!" at us at the top of their voices.
