Mmm, Hi Tanzen. Simulpost again.
BTW self-hating Capricorns??? Both Murrough and the gorgeous wee Leah are Capricorns.................hopefully not self-hating.

I think I got most of the bad things about being a Capricorn with precious little of the good things...most of the Capricorns I know are heaps cooler than I am !

Hi, Montana Redhead,
Please don't hate your glorious cascade of coppery waves. If you only knew what a turn-on such a torrent can be. As a child I was called the "Red Ant" by my uncle, being both bright carrotty red-headed, and irritating with it. So I can sympathise. And then adolescing through a period when the attractive male role-models were all "tall, dark and handsome," or "tall, cool and blond." Me neither...red and freckled...nobody's pin-up. Took me a while to work around that one.

Well, you're up even earlier, Chai mi alma.
So, for the boys it was and mostly, tanzen? I still don't think it is that normal for women to talk about 's, though I am probably not a good example of a 'normal' woman.
Goodness, what a lot of 's.

*Of course* you're a cool capricorn, tanzen! How could you not be? You just haven't realised it yet. Took me till I was thirty.

*Ahem*...there was a redhead thread ages ago...there are plenty of us in the world who have a weakness for those a bit red on the head
Az, yeah, that was mostly what they talked about when I was there...Lord knows what they used to say when I wasn't there though !!
Well, I have three older sisters, went to an all girls high school and now have about 5 girls I would consider friends...and most of them tend to talk about at some point...which may just be an Aussie thing...or a Catholic thing

Az, I've been waiting for 30 since I was about 10...but I don't really think I'll hit my prime til I'm in my 50s anyway...

None of the men in my family are bearded, but then none of them are on hootoo either! Could that be a QED?
I rarely talk about hair as well. The usual topic is kids, most of my friends have children the same ages as mine, adults in fact. But they still cause us worry and give us plenty to shake our heads over.

Well I know people who *don't* like my hair. Mainly those with long curly hair. They seem envious of someone with almost dead straight hair and its quite fine so it doesn't tangle. Courtesy of Pantene Pro V.
There really wasn't a way to post that that doesn't sound all girly, but you know what I mean. And its better than going round with a lank greasy barnet

I'm sure they don't dislike your hair, Ictoan. They probably just dislike *you* for having it!
Meanwhile, maybe you could have a girlie competition with tanzen.

Funny you should say that, Jim. I was just complaining to Noggin about what the humidity was doing to my *hair* and he said he wished he could say the same.
Meanwhile, I don't expect mine will disappear. Though I did see a woman *even older than me* today and she had really see-through hair, so I probably shouldn't take it for granted.
