I've got about $100 so far, and a million people saying they'll give me money...my hope is that when they see me sad and bold they'll be moved with pity and give me more

And did you find somebody who will make a wig from your hair ?

Nope, no one as yet, so I'm giving up...I tried to do the right thing...

Hmm, then you could collect them, make braids which you can stick to your head once your hair has grown again somewhat.

That's a good idea, I should do it too, I don't know how well bald will suit me

Will certainly look a bit unusual at first
When I was young, I once had a terrible row with my bf, and I knew he loved my long hair, so I had it cut, made braids and flung them at his feet
