Keep your eyes more glued to the next ThePost than usual, because I've got some cartoon(s) appearing in the next issue.
(sorry for the suspense)

Well, after X years on hiatus, I've come back to the site. Thanks to everyone who's kept busy in my absence keeping the memorial free of bird poop.
How's life?

THE WORLD OF DEUS!!!!!! episode one
Posted Oct 8, 2004
Today in the WORLD OF DEUS:
-Deus gets a ticket to Stuart McLean
-Deus gets a new e-mail account
Alrighty, first order of business, went down to the next town over (the big one) to buy tickets to see Stuart McLean (he's an author and a comedian, and has his own show on CBC Radio) on October 31st at 3pm. It's going to be really fun (my friend went to see him last year, and he said it was fantastic)! So, I can't wait. Need a time machine to get to October 31st so I can see it now!
In other news, I have a new e-mail address: [email protected] . Use it today!
And that's all for THE WORLD OF DEUS today. In our next show, we'll show you how to make cheese and crackers with a roll of duct tape and a squirrel!

Sorry...

Yeah, that was lame. Was on vacation all summer, no computers.
So, I'm back, and will try to stay here.
A few things;
To the Post Team; unfortunately, due to a new off-timetable course I've picked up, I will no longer be able to be the assistant deputy editor, as it coincides directly with the editing schedule. I've enjoyed the ride while it lasted, it was fun working at such a great place.
To the Pythonists: 1111 new posts. Oh boy.
To the rest of the people: Here's a flower. For fun.

And so I'm back... from outer space... dadadadumdadumdadum...

...and I can't exactly remember the rest of that song.
So, the question that many people have had on their mind has been...
WHERE'S DEUS?
It's been over 3 months since I last was on h2g2, and I apologize. Especially to the Post Team and the gang at the h2g2 Monty Python Fan Society.
The answer to where I've been, in fact, is a lack of computer access.
Back around the beginning of April, I came back from spring vacation to see the family computer toasted. Actually electrocuted. Apparently there had been an electrical storm, and a power surge went right through the computer. Needless to say, it was no longer useable.
By the time we got a new one (around end of May), it was end of term, and I was studying like mad for end of year exams, and had no time to get online.
But now I'm back. For good. And I have to say, I've really missed h2g2 while I've been away.
