is a Siamese twin committed a bank robbery, would his twin be classed as a accomplice ? and how could one be jailed if one is innocent

How? I think they would just put the key in the lock, open the cell door, and put the innovent person in, then lock the door. It's not that unusual for people to be punished for crimes they did not commit.

As for the Siamese twins, it may not make a difference anyway, since the innocent twin has to go everywhere (including prison) that the guilty one goes.
