Let's all go to the hop.
Let's all go to the shop.
Let's all dine at nine.
Let's all drink fine wine.
Let's all sup from a cup.
Let's all cheer up a pup.

*some of this stuff is getting too good to be bad*
>>
...sway our shoulders as we surf the net
bop with our eybrows
cha-cha our nostrils like we just don't care
foxtrot to the kettle
smooch a steaming cup...
<<
Or is it just
that we trust
and therefore must
be shushed
before the cussed
professors of dust
blow up a gust
of must-read lust
for the poor students
of tomorrow

ah
tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow
what yonder breaking dawn heralds yesterday's charm?
tomorrow
yea tomorrow
we never get to tomorrow

Me thinkest mightest we need a new thread for
Fractured Shakespeare!!!
where should it go and who wants to start it?
Bad Poetry
myk Posted Nov 26, 2013
Please don't go!
Your journey can start anywhere -
why not here?
Now pray tell me:
What is Shakespeare?
How should we fracture so?

myk Posted Nov 26, 2013
Go start your thread!
For i'll not carry voles!! Spose if i did
I'd be a 'voleier'?!
My Shakespeare is alas limited,
but it would be a nice way to learn some famous speeches
or even maybe the many undersung witty line
thats hid among the tea
which surrounds the delicate china tableware
Good idea!

Yeah, let's keep it here
near and dear
for, I fear, elsewhere
t'would be but a sounding brass
signifying nothing
that an ass don't know
good huh

There are may small islands here where only verse is spoke
If you rummage round my convo list you'll see where last i spoke
Don't leave us to never-more return
But, feel free when your ready, to start an island of your own

Thank you myk6629129AKALoftskywalker
Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock
dancing when wearing only one sock.
Singing of the most memorable times
of getting cards with sentimental rhymes.
Inspiring me to glance up at the ceiling
when covered in candied orange peeling.
I love all your poems myk6629129AKALoftskywalker, Clare and JWF

Once more to the breach old friends
To battle through the throng
This time no retreat my friends
I know where to aim my sword
The bright lights twinkle all around
I advance safe behind my shield
I know what presents i have left to buy
I don't need your help or spiel

Rocking around the Christmas tree
at the village Christmas party.
Being chased by a wailing banshee
and a giant bottle of chablis.

Christmas
was
great
this year. We celebrate
ed food and fun
and everyone
is now done,
even the turkey.
Oh wait, we had roast beef this year!
(not deer)
And we had homemade beer!
(Though some had tea)

The new year was seen in with rooaba tea, really!
It's rained all week and tne wind's in a foul mood, still
The year has started, in the middle of the winter, again
