Hi Ali,
BB stands for Bad Breath. It is a pgm where people drink & smoke too much & eat lots of BBQ food and then see who can be the last one to fall over.
I have not seen Doctors but I will be watching Spooks at 10.30! I thought it was on now but it's Eastenders!

Spooks is about spies - MI5 supposedly. It's quite good except all the main characters are young & goodlooking so probably not realistic! Starngely enough the Main bloke has just started an affair with a Doctor. Of course it was only 2 weeks ago that the "love of his life" dumped him but he has got over it very well

Ali, if you are watching Doctors then I suggest that it is now too late and there is nothing that can be done. You will be this sad all of your life

Ali Dubya Posted Jun 23, 2003
Oh well, s**t happens. I suppose that if you have terrorists running arounf trying to blow you up, being dumped is not as bad as all that.

I have lost the plot entirely now - they have put on orange suits and a Major Incident is happening. They must save the world though as it's not the end of the series yet

Hazel,
I take it from your ref to the marvellous Spooks being on at 10.30, that you're watching on digital and so have already seen what, for those of us peasants still on terrestrial, is 'next week's' episode. if this is the case, please can you not reveal the plot on here? This is a spoiler-free thread.
Apart from that: good morning to you and everyone.

Can someone explain to me why Saturday, Monday & Tuesday have been lovely, but Sunday, the most important cr****t day for 5 years, was blighted by dark and rain? Thanks.

Good morning all especially Pat
Wassup Pat, can't you afford the digital version of TV. How can you survive without all of that cricket and football and stuff that Mr Magster assures me is essential?
Weather, cloudy but humid still.
Today's blast from the past is Bryan Hyland's incy wincy teeny weeny yellow polka dot bikini...she was afraid to come out of the water.... The first person who mentions the other version of this classic summer hit gets a smack around the head, child or not..I have a right to beat my children if I want and will do it several times a day if necessary!!!!!!!!!!! No doubt the same old child ceaters will surface on FLN today

Morning,
got things to do but just popped in to say to Pat for the Spooks ref. I really hate it when people tell me the plot so I know what you mean. Esp people who come out of the cinema when you are going in & discuss it v. loudly. They should certainly be given a Slap!
See you later

Hazel,
No apologies necessary: you haven't yet told us anything that wasn't apparent from the trailer after last night's episode. My post wasn't meant to be a slap for anything done past, rather it was a request relating to something that might be done in the future. Having read your post, I now realise that the request was unnecessary, and indeed it is I who should be offering the apologies to you for even thinking you might do it.
Mea culpa: I am off to birch myself.

It's sunny here Magster - but cool sea breeze and every lawn mower in the village seems to be going at once.
Task of the Day - so sort out the DVD bit of my laptop as per Vmax's handy hints.
Resolution for the Day - not to when I can't do it!
