if you look for related entries on groupd/bands/singers etc... have you tried the search facility?!... don't just look into the edited entries... i usually look in guide entries [which includes entries that are not edited]... there are usually some good gems there too...

mmmmm... i followed my own advice and looked up the ramones in the search entry... the authors seem to have left the building...

but even if a conversation/discussion for an entry has stopped a while ago it might still be worth posting something there... someone else with the same interest might spot it or if they were involved in that particular conversation and are still around they will see the conversation appears on their space and they will look it up...

with thousands of researchers on here it's bound to be some with the same interests than yours...

i will keep an eye for you anyway... i will also post you the digibox friendly link which once copied at the bottom of your page will help you access long conversations [before that it was almost impossible for digibox users to access conversations with more than 15 threads...]...

yeh i love Blondie! going to see them in december at wembley which should be good fun, its gonna be my first arena gig. I cant believe you saw The Ramones!!! Thats amazing, its really hard to find people who have seen them live. Theyre probably my favourite punk band, cos Blondie really arent real punk are they? Anyway, il check out the LD and your space. re: the ramones... yep twas a while ago...

twas also interesting to see a french group [telephone] playing live in london... especially singing in french... if i remember well they were saying a few words in english before each song to give an idea what it was about...

made a change from sacha distel... hehe...

the second part - the main one really - was with the ramones...

God, i do love The Ramones. They just did what they want the way they wanted to, and look what that gave us... theyre such an amazing band. i could listen to anthology forever. so much choice!

there is another site that you might want to have a look at... tho' it's relatively new... but you might find things about music etc... i haven't had a chance to have a good look yet...

the good thing is that it shares the same space than h2g2 so our personal space is also on that site... [as well as "a sense of place", "360" and "parents to parents"...] very convenient me thinks... hehe..

so try this... go down your page to the very bottom where you should see something saying "powered by DNA etc.." click on it and you will find yourself and your space on the DNA/hub site... if you look on your left you should see a list with collective click it and that will take you there...

that's of course if i remember well...
