there are fellas out there who are not abusive,what you need to remember is that this type of person is basically a coward who can only pick on the weakest.it` time to get out and start afresh,i know it`s easier said than done but i`ve helped a couple on here who suffered abuse with advice and listening and at the end of the day they got out and never looked back
make phone calls,find out what you can do but please... go before it`s to late

Just popped in to let you all know that I'm still alive and still knackered

Well all the decorateing is nearly done now,only the living room to do.
Little Jarna has started walking now and can go from one end of the kitchen to the other quite easily

No more news on the home front yet but I'll keep going.

Hi all

Well I finally got to bed at about 3.30 this morning and was up again at 7.oo to get the kids to school so I'm surviveing on about 3 and 1/2 hours kip a night

Not much to do now though as the living room is done now so all I have left to do is a bit of gloss work and to put the borders up and retile the rest of the kitchen floor,I've done most of that too.

More first though.

Once this is all done we are going to have a few to celebrate.
Then once we are out I'll celebrate big time.

Save me some of that chocolate lou or have you eaten it all

You're right when you say to people in abusive situations to get out or at least get help and for those that would like some help or advice there is a helpline available.Just look up the Women's Aid helpline the number is in any telephone directory and they have safe houses and offices all over the country.Alot of women don't know about what help is available and it can be very hard to leave when there are lots of problems that would be created by them doing so but there is help and support out there.
