I like cherry tomotoes best of all, mmm, eat them fresh off the vine. succulent little red grapes of pleasure they are..ooo! ooo!

and I really like other vegetables as well. fresh mint is a wondrous thing too. oh, I am hungering, I must eat market fayre now!

Frood, I make a lovely salad by combining red and yellow grape tomatoes, red onion and chopped cilantro. I marinate it in a little red wine vinagrette then toss in some toasted croutons and top it with freshly shredded parmesan.

you know, there's some that say the tomato was actually the forbidden fruit, because God didn't really know if it was a fruit, or a vegetable...so he forbid that Adam and Eve eat of it until he figured it out. So ok, perhaps tomatoes are evil and sinful. Probably why I like 'em so much! tee hee.

Tomatoes are marvellous. Besides being full of Vitamin C and that cancer preventing lycopene, they are beautiful - make your dishes look really appealing. And of course, they are delicious.
