Yes, well, I would have looked slightly human had I had had warning of the picture being taken.

Humanity is overrated, were only very intelligent monkeys after all.

Not you too??? Belief doesn't enter into it. It's an interesting theory, which could or could not be true... I don't think it matters who or what our ancestors were, unless we assign a value to it that wasn't really there in the first place. This is of course bound to my deep scepticism towards tradition.

To control us, of course! They're all out to get us... Ahhhh. We don't matter to anyone any more!!!

I don't believe it on the fact that I've read 'Origin of Species.' It's not that we are highly-developed monkeys so much as we evolved from an ancestor that monkeys also have.
Isn't it BRILLIANT? Oh man, oh man, oh man, I lurrrrrrve it.

Ah yes the old we shared a common ancestor trick, oldest in the book.

Mr. Carrot Posted Apr 30, 2004
I'm tempted to ask you: "WHY THE HECK DOES IT MATTER WHO OUR ANCESTORS WERE???"
But considering that I know how much this matters to people, I will leave it be for now.
It's a good book, yes. I haven't read all of it yet, so I won't say any more till I have. To think that someone could blaspheme against such a great novel by turning it into a reality TV-concept, eh...

It doesn't matter in the least.
Actually, I could honestly care less, but I felt obligated to say *something.*
Ugh, whoever came up with reality TV should be shot.

I really don't want to know how reality TV and evolution combine. Whoever comes up with the least useful mutation is voted out of the human race? Maybe I should try watching TV sometime soon, out of morbid curiosity if nothing else.
