There is time in everyone's life when they wonder what if and this happened to me. I have always wanted to know what if superpowers were real and what if I became endowed with the abilities to make my thoughts, wishes and dreams a reality.

How would my life change and will I be able to use my superpowers and not attract unwanted attention. There are so many positives in getting superpowers that outweigh the negatives but it would mean that there would be sacrifices, as there would be big changes in my day to life. But if this brings peace, stability and safety to the planet, then I would willingly exchange it.

I would start on small changes to where I live and to upcycle my clothes to be more stylish and better fitting. I would heal my skin and scalp conditions and my nail fungus would permanently vanish. My waist would be reduce from 32 inches down to 24 inches. The discomfort that I feel in my nasal passages and facial sinuses would disappear. I would increase storage space in my flat and make it bigger on the inside than the outside. I would add extra rooms for different tasks and purposes. There would be 4 clothes changing rooms, drawing room, study, library, office, meeting room, dining room, first aid room, cinema/tv room, music room, art and craft room, repair room, miscellaneous storage room, bottling and canning room, baking room, cheese making room, 4 shower rooms, 4 bath rooms, water therapy rooms, message room, exercise room, sensory room, astronomy and meteorology room, kitchen, laundry room, larder room, pantry room, food preparation room, cleaning storage room, breakfast room, 6 toilets and wash rooms, 4 bedrooms, a cloakroom, gardening room and a photography and video room.

The next part was the trickiest, how am I supposed to use my powers to bring a wildlife makeover of my front and back gardens without anyone noticing. I created a thick fog covering my back garden, and it spread to other back gardens as it would look odd for my garden to be the only who's got fog. Then I would revitalise all the plants in my back garden and create more wildlife habitats and improve the ones that I have got. All the plants in my garden would flourish and become fully grow. I would the same thing to my front garden but make sure that fog only covers the front gardens and does not spread onto the pavements and roads.

Once I improved my front and back gardens, the fog would evaporate after an hour of gardening work using my superpowers. Talking about fog, the next worry that I need to sort out was the planet's weather. I transformed all the plastic in the seas, oceans and beaches into money which would be instantly transferred to the people plastic waste has badly effected and the charities that deal with plastic pollution and its effects on wildlife. Then I cooled down the oceans and seas to the correct temperature neither too cold or too warm but down to the right temperature. Then I turned my attention to Arctic and Antarctica polar caps and using historic data. The North Pole's sea ice would cover all of the Beaufort sea, Bering Straits, Baffin Bay, Northwest Passages, part of the Labrador sea, part of the Norwegian sea, Barents sea, Kara sea and the Laptev sea and would be five miles deep. The Antarctica sea ice would cover 22,000 square miles and would have the same depth as the Arctic.

You are not going to become a superhero, but you could become a pretty special ordinary human, as could all of us. Be kind to your neighbors, avoid littering, get involved in public issues that benefit everyone.

The last three years have killed or sickened millions of people, and made the survivors feel inadequate, through no fault of their own. The worst part has been isolating people who needed companionship most. I was horrified that people with COVID-19 died alone. Their loved ones couldn't touch them; in many cases thy weren't allowed to be in the same room.

Here's a historical oddity: in the early days of Christianity, Christians were the ones who were not afraid to tend to lepers. This impressed most thinking Romans. That's courage. We needed more courage than we had in the last 3 years.

Now, readers of this story are going to say its too far fetched and others will be asking what DC/Marvel universe I am. Well, the writer told me its going to be both and I know it has been done before. Yes, Deadpool will be in it as well characters of the Umbrella Academy, Sparrow Academy, Professor Tolkien's Middle Earth, magic fantasy characters from the books only and plenty of characters dressed in steam punk clothing.

Well, I better get to the story plot and hope that there won't be too many unwanted surprises coming to me. I go back to the wildlife gardening as I go pottering around the garden as well as filling the feeding stations for visiting wildlife.

I'm also modest

A report that an abandoned and derelict multi-story car park has been discovered in Lakeside shopping centre in West Thurrock. The lifts are connected to a vortex that has a link to an alternate Scotland where those who enter the car park and use the lifts end up in Scotland but only the ones who have no place to go and are in need of a home. It also draws people from several thousands of miles who are need of refuge and sanctuary and those who are searching for a place to belong. No-one knows how the multi-story car park but it emerged itself into an existing one.

I find myself with a large group of people but I could not understand what language they were speaking in. One of them came forward and introduced themself to me. "I am called Eishet Hayyil Dombrowsky we are refugees from Uman and we are escaping from the "mlkhmh". We were startled when an ever expanding vortex that enveloped us in one swoop, just as a mortar shell was coming towards us. Do you know where we are?"

"No, I don't know as I have only just arrived from South Ockendon, but it reminds me of place that I lived in Barrhill". I looked around to see if there was any sign of life but what I saw filled me with hope as there were two fields, one with sheep and the other with cattle. I then saw farm house and then gestured towards Eishet for her to come with me to the farm house where the farmers fed us and told us that there a large hotel just by the castle ruins.

You couldn't understand what they were saying, but one of them spoke English?

Only one of the spoke English and that was one he noticed me holding an English book and the others were conversing in Yiddish. I have come across people who can speak English but still speak in their native language.

As stopped using my dyslexia c-pen reader to read the book about how to identify clouds, I got a telephone call from an unknown person who was complaining about my inaction of the world's trouble spots. It happened as I was walking with the group of refugees when we were enquiring if there were any rooms available which I was told that the rooms are available and that they knew that were coming. This conversation lasted for an hour with anonymous caller who would not reveal their name. They demanded that I sort all the world's trouble spots, make the local weather forecast 100% accurate, solve all the political/social disputes immediately. The caller was very angry and was not listening to me when I answered that could not they ask could not they ask anyone else as I who had better experience than me.

The hotel receptionist informed that they had a kosher menu and were fluent in Yiddish. They also gave evidence that they were expecting us as they showed all our names on the hotel's register.
