Hi

Oh, dear. I hope no one gets in trouble for that one!
It's a nice relief when occasionally those email exchanges are lighthearted and fun. If only I didn't get so darn much email at the office...
Any big plans for the weekend? We're having a bit of a cool snap, and this last week has been insane, so I'm really looking forward to it.

Not really; waiting to get paid, going to the launderette will watch Science Of Sleep and may pop over to S&Ms for a while. You?
Hi

Hmmm. Not much planned here, either. There's a mighty mountain of laundry to be done (my dryer's developed an annoying tick so I put off doing laundry till the weekends, then try to get it all caught up ) and I will be washing floors. Otherwise most likely a bunch of mucking around, watching a movie or two, and being tormented by the cat.
Hi

I liked it quite a bit, too. Glad you enjoyed it.
Can't believe it's already Monday again. Where did the weekend go? Fortunately we've got a short day Friday and Monday's a holiday, so I can get a little extra down time then. Criminy, I'm tired.

Remember the pond in Christchurch Park?

Hi

Whoa, now I'm wishing I'd fallen in!
That was a seriously pretty park. Wish I'd taken some photos. Didn't they have some sort of bondage exhibition there? Or am I combining two parks in my mind?
Hi
Researcher U197087 Posted May 23, 2007
I'm guessing even if you fell in you'd have to wade through 400 years worth of goose guano.
It is a gorgeous park, and hopefully sooner or later when they've stopped ing with it, it'll be even better. They've already opened up the arboretum.
Bondage exhibition?? Can't imagine that in li'l ol Ipswich...
Hi

Hmm. I seem to recall visiting a park which had some sort of museum with old corsets and stuff like that... maybe it was stateside I saw it, and I'm just muddled. Wouldn't be the first time.
We've got a couple of beautiful parks in my neighborhood, but nothing as old and historic-looking. I really liked that park.
Hi
psychocandy-moderation team leader Posted May 23, 2007
Well, as far as I'm concerned corsets are instruments of bondage and torture. Far worse than , in fact. At least a girl can breathe when she's wearing those.
Hi

Unless she's into asphyxia, I guess...
Speaking of which, I'm getting a pot belly. My jeans are getting replaced a lot these days.
Hi
psychocandy-moderation team leader Posted May 23, 2007
Can't picture you with a pot belly. Have you actually started eating things other than chips, then, or is it an increase in the consumption of beer? Frequent replacement of jeans is depressing. Unless you're replacing them with smaller sizes, of course.
Hi

I was just in Soul Converters, and I saw a DVD box set... are you familiar with these?
Attack Of The Giant Leeches
The Giant Gila Monster
The Killer Shrews
If not, might you be interested?
Hi
psychocandy-moderation team leader Posted May 24, 2007
Oh, my. I have the Gila Monster film; the other two I've seen but need to check the database to see if I have them. They're actually pretty... stinky. I'll let you know. Thanks for looking out for me.

Well it did sort of scream for your attention. I'm on a totalitarian tip at the mo - I saw V For Vendetta for £3 at the boot sale last Sunday, and found the excellent Downfall, which I'm getting tomorrow for £4.

Hi, just a thought - but there's this punk outfitters' shop recently opened up in town. http://www.knowyourproduct.net/
There's lots of obscure CDs in there so I thought I'd bring it to your attention, if there were ever some Brit record you've been struggling to find, I could have a look for you.
Or you could get a Ramones toilet seat.
