Remeberance
Posted Nov 13, 2005
I went to the rememberance service and parade in town today.
I've been going ever since I can remember, I used to go with my Grandad, he was a gunner on a tank during the second world war, we always went together and always laid a wreath at the cenetaph (sorry if thats spelt wrong).
This is the second year that I've been without him, and it's kind of strange, a lot of his friends are still there and I walk with them at the back of the parade.
As I was walking along today I was thinking about my grandads medals. I couldn't remember what he'd got them for, I know he must have told me at one time probably when I was younger, but my memory failed me today.
So to the point of this journal:
Please try to remember these men who gave their lives so you could be free.

Well I'm home early
because for a change there is bog all to do
And I got fed up of Jackie hovering by my desk asking me if I was ok, if everything was ok, and if I wanted a , and not to mention Hannah grinning at me every five minutes, felt like I was in a goldfish bowl *sigh*
I think I was making them nervous, I think I do that with a lot of people. They tend to go all funny in my company for some unknown reason.
Maybe it's a special power I should be puting to some use. Trouble is I can't really be bothered to figure out what use it would be
*sigh*
Ahhhhh well not to worry. Surpose they'll both be back to normal and discussing makeup and eastenders tomorrow

Those of you will know what I'm on about
Sat here getting really angry about it, then thought, what do I care? I've got more than enough on my plate without this stupid bickering, they can all go to Hell for all I care.
When my time comes Dominic please judge me kindly, I tried.

*watches same spider crawling up the wall*
Yes you read that right CAL IS READING A BOOK, who'd have thought it!
Any way *keeps one eye on the spider and the other on what he's doing* it's a good book, and is very readable, and I'm having trouble putting said book down, but I just don't like the way the story is going, It's going to be a sad ending I just know it. But now I'm commited and will have to read to the end *sighs*
*watches the spider making a web in the corner of the ceiling*

Gah!!!!
My internet went down last night, well to be honest I could connect to the internet I just couldn't browse it,
Turns out that a virus hit the system and although my anti virus deleted it some damage was caused to the system when it was deleted
And it's taken me 2 and a half hours to sort it out
