Well where do I start?

anyhoo, this morning Scott's nursery called to say that he'd had a bit of a reaction to something. It wasn't urgent but they wondered if I wanted to take a look. Since his nursery is just around the corner from where I work I went round there.

He had a rash that had started off as a little bite and then had spread from his wrist to just above his elbow. Now since Scott was quite happy and he was scratching I left him at nursery with the instructions that if it got any worse they were to call me.

It took me about 5 minuets to walk back to work and I'd been inside for about 5 mins when the nursery called me back to say that the rash had now spread to his other arm. I went to fetch him and by the time I got there (less than 5 mins because I drove) the rash had spread to both legs! :-$

I took him to the hospital which is about 10 mins away from where I work, by the time we got there scott was covered from head to foot.

Anyhoo, by the time he was seen by a doc it has started to go down a little, he thinks it was a reaction to washing powder, even though I pointed out that I'd used the same as I always do

Then when we were heading towards our house I could see a load of flames, bloody hell thinks I the house is on fire. As it turned out it was next door that was on fire so I had to call the fire brigade.

Now to me this was more than one man should have to deal with on a monday morning!

Has he changed his bubble bath or soap reciently?

Try Surecare detergent tablets and fabric conditioner, my mum uses it and it's good stuff, just incase they've put something new in your usual powder

Weird, I don't know what else to suggest. A food reaction wouldn't cause that, someone at the nursery wearing heavy perfume or using airfreshener something like that maybe

Is he perhaps become a psychic fire predictor for you?

Did you give him any medications? I used to get a really bad rash and hives when I was on penicillin.

Isn't he a bit young to be started on medication for an unknown allergen?

Really, I am glad Scott cleared as quick as he did.

Little kids always seem to pick upon strange unknown rashes that clear as quickly as they come and are never seen again. My kid sis has a new allergy almost every second month! How old is Scott?
