I've developed a nervous twitch in my eye due to the year sevens taking my seat on the bus... I asked nicely, I tried to be kind, but DAMMIT they need to be shown their place.

What you must do is this... Walk up to your normal seat and sit on the yr7 occupying it. Squash them properly. DO NOT MOVE FROM THIS POSITION even if they scream and shout and kick. Perhaps they will then get the point.

I did one better. I made an effort to maintain my dignity until the bus arrived, I pushed the year 7 out of the way and ran up the stairs using my hands to help me scramble up and then flung myself onto the seat. Ha ha!

The sad thing is, that they weren't that bothered about it, and I was sitting there going "Ha ha! Look! I got my seat back! Har har!"... they just gave me an almost... sympathetic smile....
