The problem with a fetching cat

I have limited tolerance for soy products, but I now put 1/3 cup of soy milk in my morning coffee. I suspect that that's about my limit.
The info about milk blocking the health benefits of chocolate is new to me. But if I crave chocolate, it isn't the health benefits I'm going after. smiley - evilgrin

Tofu, Tempeh and Miso are fine for me. It is TVP, soy protein isolate and soy powder that I can not digest well. Something in the fermenting process makes the soy more digestible.

I take antioxidant vitamins for health benefits.

smiley - smiley Good mid to late morning both of you!

The vitamins look good hun, I like the liquid aspect & I'm almost ready to replenish my supply, thanks again! I'll make inquiries about those.

Paul I was thinking primarily of the smiley - choc with a mid-morning(smiley - coffee-break)cup with half & half or whatever. If the medinal effects-much like smiley - redwine-are there, why block or eliminate them?

Good morning. smiley - biggrin

Liquid vitamins are easier for me to swallow early in the morning.

We sell this resveratrol. http://www.lifetimevitamins.com/products/lifetime_resveratrol.html It is said to be as potent (in antioxidants) as 1300 glasses of wine per dose. Our store manager wants to know if that means we can have the wine instead. And, there was something else about the antioxidant properties of rum, or at least margaritas.

Well, there is research being done about the health benefits of margaritas, no results have been reported, yet.

I'll have to ask the test subject how that's going.

The smiley - cats are still in training for the 'snooze olympics'. Two of them were practicing their sunny windowsill nap technique.

I eat red grapes every day. I eat peanuts every day. Both foods contain resveratrol. I'm leery of taking concentrated anything, given that some vitamins that are suppoed to be good for your heart seem to become harmful if taken in large, isolated quantities. Multivitamins seem to still be safe, though. smiley - smiley

I rushed out of the house without taking my vitamins, yesterday. Remembered to take them, this morning.

Fed the smiley - catsmiley - blackcat, turned off the stove, iron was still in the closet, locked the door...

Maybe there was iron in the vitamins as well. smiley - smiley

When I was in Elementary school, my mother would obsess about the iron. We would be half way or more to school (about 8-10 miles from the house) when suddenly she would exclaim something like 'Was the stove off?' or 'I just know the iron was on and it's going to burn down the house!'.
