What is Zeo?

Aww, hun, try not to beat yourself up about it; honestly,, you are not alone with all this. Today for example, i woke up around 5am, me & P had a slightly nasty debate the night before, i was feeling very down, so was he. He slept in his hut, me in mine.
Then: 5a.m ish, he came across timidly "i can't sleep, i'm sorry about last night, can i crawl into here please?"
He did, we made it up, then we got up around 10am, but i went back to bed from around 3 to 6pm, he's gone back now at 9pm, wants an early night, whereas i am up & running!
One big advantage of 'flexi-sleep' is that you can chat to fiends on the other sides of the pond of course!
I really would recommend trying to cut down the number of actual daytime deadlines as much as possible; i always tell 'the Powers that Bee' i don't do mornings, full stop! Usually i am humanoidish by mid afternoon. By the time i have come to (very slowly!) there's usually enough time left to do Outside Ordeals.

Thanks, Terri, hun! Don't worry, I'm feeling better this afternoon. Watched a good movie, and that helped keep me awake.

What on earth?! Who the heck got moderated on my little sleep thread? And why?

I did- and I asked them to remove my post. I sort of "forgot" the venue for a moment and inadvertently called you by your given name. Of course, now I've forgotten what else I said.

Whew! Mystery solved.
I kept dreaming that I was tired and wanted to go to sleep, LOL. Of course, I already was asleep because I was DREAMING it.

I overslept today. Till 1:30pm. Not a total loss, at least I'm up now.

Got up around 9:30am, stayed up a little while, then feel asleep till 12:30pm. Got up, exercised, went to the store. Loaded the dishwasher. Yay.

Sounds slightly more thrilling than my day. Woke up 4:30, had coffee, went to work, came home, cooked dinner.

I got woken around 4am by Eddabashing door, which woke Yoda, who sat on my chest, which caused me to cough, which wike Fritx<cat, then got massive cramp, so no choice but to get up & move it.
Did a load of cooking, went back to bed; luckily me & P managed to coincide at some point.
Tomorrow will be a pain, we have to go into town early morning, but at least we have discussed tonight how to work this around the sleep cycle stuff, i can cope if i know what's happening next day & compensate later.
You seem to be doing well JEllen, 'slowly but surely'....do you find it goes in a sort of circle, starts off totally 'night owl' and gradually gets back to 'normal lark', then goes around again back into 'night owl'?

Off subject somewhat, but I have not been getting enough sleep on account of house hunting, but surely 7 hours a night isn't so little as to cause me to be so overwhelmingly sleepy and have on/off headaches and migraines. Plus I think I've gotten even fatter these last few weeks. Sigh. I wonder what makes me SO sleepy when I've had 7 hours. Maybe it's cause it's so darned warm in the office.

Hi ladies!
Terri, sometimes my sleep cycle goes in circles, but usually it is stuck on night owl. Having to make a real effort to stay up during day.
Hey PCandy, sorry to hear that the househunting is wearing you out. Maybe your body needs slightly more than 7 hours sleep? I know that heat wears you out too. Autumn will be here before we know it.

I also like that one (one of those few we both like )
It may be the heat. Plus I had my first youknowwhat since having my IUD put in last week...
House hunting isn't *all* bad, though.
