New Job!

On Monday I had a job interview, which went very well. Yesterday I get a call asking me to go in for a second interview/chat as it was between me and another candidate. Half an hour after leaving the second interview I get the call saying I got the job. They certainly don't like to mess around!

Radio stuff

For those who have expressed an interest in hearing me on the radio, I've started uploading my hospital radio shows to Soundcloud:

I'm not at my best in this programme as I was stupidly hungover (see previous journal entry for more info 
), but I'm sure you'll enjoy the music more anyway
As of this Sunday I'm also joining a community radio station which has an internet stream, so you can listen in and pop me some requests if you want

Stupid sisters....

...making you push them in a shopping trolley on Friday night then trying to climb out when you're still pushing it, then both sister and trolley falling on top of you, making you fall and bust your hand open, then today have the blood donation nurses say "oh you can't give blood with a busted hand, you might be infected"

Back on the airwaves

Yep, I'm back on the radio! It's hospital radio mind, but it's still a show. I'm thinking of taking home a recording of my shows and letting others listen, but it is a classical music show so it might not be for everyone

Well it is for me - my phone has stopped working and I'm gonna have to trek out to the o2 shop to get it repaired
