Horrific it is. I'll see what I can dream up in the fetid depths of my soul, and maybe post tomorrow. Unless you want to do it?
I had an idea, never put down in the story, that perhaps *Tim* was the VP. It makes sense, and also wouldn't involve inventing a new character. How would that work? Tim, trudging down the motorway looking for a shop that sells catfood and bus tickets, hears on the radio that he's just become president of the world's most powerful industrial and military nation... The USA in a secret alliance with the Cult...
As for Annabel... She escapes, of course, but I don't think the Infernal Laundry Wringer should survive this installment. It's too dangerous. Certainly, she could raise some hell while escaping, maybe cause a little accelerated continental drift...hmmm...
Bleh. Got to get offline See you.

That's Annabel and the laundry wringer dealt with. Hope you like it. I quite fancy Bob having a meeting with God now. A couple more posts should wrap up this thrilling installment of Storytime.

Very nice. I'm just gonna go pen a quickie myself - a sort of pointer to part 3...
um...just one thing, wasn't this all set underneath Stone Henge? So quite where all the austrailian refernces are coming from I'm not quite sure...?
Mate.

OK, what Bob did was transport the wringer from under Stonehenge to the middle of the Australian desert. Perhaps it isn't obvious enough, could do with some tweaking in the final edit, or have Bob explain it. But I really want to keep the headline; sometimes stereotyping can be so fun.
for giving me a heads up
One last thing I want to do (perhaps as an epilogue) is to settle the matter of the huge, spiky demon that now has a cats' mind. I have some modest plans for it.

back.
Great stuff. I especially like the ancient scrolls telling *exactly* where to stand to break Annabel's fall And who is He? Don't tell me, for God's sake. I look forward to seeing your plan unfold.
I may do another entry now, with Bob.

In good time... I was thinking of doing it as an epilogue, providing a nice happy little ending (and yes, it is a happy ending).

Do you want to put in another scene with the Agency as a pointer to the next thread, or wrap up anything else? If not, I'll do my little epilogue with the scaly demon-cat, and we can call it a day.
I'm finished with Rasputin now. Done. File closed, key thrown away, little box ticked. Not so much horrific as insidious, I'll admit, but I like it. Hope you do too.
And now, the end is near, as we approach, the final curtain...
