For those who cannot see the webpage
'A new campaign to encourage young Americans to vote on election day is using a novel incentive - sex pledges.'
'Voters who visit the Votergasm website can choose from three different levels of commitment:
- "Votergasm citizens" must pledge to withhold sex from non-voters for a week after election night
- "Patriot-level commitment" requires a voter to have sex with another voter on election night as well as withholding sex from non-voters for a week
- Those who take the most extreme pledge, called "American hero", commit themselves to having sex with another 2004 voter as well as turning down all non-voters until the 2008 vote.'

The exhibition is now on the internet!!
Posted Oct 10, 2004
We took it down Thursday and Moonglum has been working very hard, this is the page you already know
http://www.spiralspider.demon.co.uk/kaz/exhibition/naturesdesign.htm
But click on 'see the photos' and you get
http://www.spiralspider.demon.co.uk/kaz/exhibition/naturesdesign1.htm
and more and more!
I would love to get some opinions on them from you all!
What else is happening, well the PF is taking up a lot of my life at the mo. We have an international conference every November in Croydon and the organisers have just quit, so our London bosses are trying to pick it all up without panicking. We are trying to help, but its chaos at the mo. I have become the offical photography though! Which means my name will be in the magazine for that!
We have also decided to do more for our region. We started out new 'talks only' moot and no-one turned up, hmmmmmmmmm. So how about a day in Beddington Park?
For Imbolg we will be having a tour of the church in the morning
http://www.stmarysbeddington.org.uk/Picture_gallery.htm#Some%20stained%20glass%20windows
those photos really do not do it justice, I will take some myself!
Then a picnic in our secret spot if the weather allows, followed by a tour of the Animal Hospital
http://www.londonwildcare.org/
Then finishing off for tapas at the Spanish theme bar, which isn't that bad. Should be a good day and let me know if anyone is around the first Saturday in Feb?!
Then we started to plan the first Croydon and Sutton PF Spring Festival! Its going to have a recycling, sustainable living, fair trade theme, with lots of drumming, belly dancing, junk bands, samba, caporiera etc etc. With an evening concert. We have to arrange stalls, entertainment and workshop space for the main hall, speakersa nd workshops for a smaller hall, and the catering, decorations and so much more. Thats booked in for the 14th May in Wallington Public Hall if anyone is around that day, oh and children are welcome!
Its all go!
Next Friday I collect the enlargements for the next exhibition, am having a November conference meeting, and then on Saturday we are seeing The Creatures do their Taiko thing. (Siouxie and Budgie from Siouxie and the Banshees.
Suddenly life is so busy and exciting!

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
