Yay! Elwood *and* mush!

...and the two are beginning to look more and more alike!

Mmm. I could go for some Pop'n Fresh rolls right now!

I can't understand half the things Americans say.

Pillsbury is a brand name of packaged bake goods. Their mascot is an animated boy made of dough with a chefs cap and every commercial ends with his rather portly tummy getting poked by a homemaker to which he responds with a cute little giggle.

I think this is how Shea pictures me (if only I could find a homemaker in this day and age)

Why, just this morning, I stuffed a load of bath towels in the washing machine, an' if that's not homemaking, I don't know what is!







I don't know what homemaking is, do I?


Well, at any rate, the home is already *made*, it was made when we moved into it, or else we wouldn't have moved in, now would we? Hmmm???



Oh, I also made the bed this morning.

And I'll wash dishes at some point today, at least one time, if not twice. And I'll even cook dinner tonight.

If I can tear myself away from the computer long enough, I'll even go clean up the bathroom.






But I *won't* poke you in your Pillsbury Dough Boy belly!

Well it's just not worth having a doughboy's belly if I can't get all the American Homemakers to poke it!

Guess I'll just have to go for the washboard abs (does anyone know what a washboard is in this day and age?)

I see quite a few washboard abs at the gym. Granted they're covered up with sweaty shirts (), but I know they're under there, when I see those guys doing hundreds of crunches, especially the ones who are on The Crunch Machine of Death a lot!

There's 3 types of crunch machines there, plus one that tones your obliques. They actually work, if the changes I've seen in just the few weeks I've been a member is any indication.

Not that I'm toned and svelte yet... not by any means.

Ooooh...love the use of the word svelte!

I think it works up there too! ^

It *can't* become the elwood svelte club, because then I wouldn't qualify as a member!
