Me on deviantART
Posted Dec 15, 2006
I've joined deviantART to post my crappy drawings on the Internet.
http://wyattb.deviantart.com/gallery/
I haven't got many uploaded so far. I figured if I started posting stuff on the site, I might be compelled to draw things more often, and I might get better at it. Right now I'm still at the 2 dimensional cartoon people level.

Douglas interviewed on 'David Letterman'
Posted Dec 3, 2006
I came across this today on YouTube.

I wasn't aware that Douglas ever appeared on Letterman. This is from 1985 or so, when 'So Long and Thanks For All the Fish' was published. His famous biscuit story is much funnier when actually hearing him tell it.

The Front Page
Posted Dec 1, 2006
I really like today's Front Page. This is the first time I've had any of my Entries in the Friday Five, and the first time I have had more than one Entry go on at the same time time. And besides, my pigeon Entry (A16224518), to my surprise, got a picture. (A15826296 was the second Entry).
Also, one Entry I Sub-Edited went on today, A16646295, along with one of the UnderGuide Entries I Polished, A16327361, which happens to be one of the 200th UG Entries.

It's Roasty-Toasty Puddin' Time.
Posted Nov 16, 2006
So my sister and her boyfriend came to stay at our house this week. They are on the road, traveling around performing their original play, 'Calculus: The Musical'. They left here this morning, on their way to Atlanta. All week we have been hanging out, most of the time playing '20 Questions'. I had them guess things like wombat vomit, a sandwich, a wombat vomit sandwich, a sandwich sandwich, M's underwear, Willie Nelson, and that old lady that Jerry stole the loaf of bread from in that episode of 'Seinfeld'. I had to guess some challenging things like Cardinal Fang from the 'Spanish Inquisition' sketch, the letter 'B', the throw on the back of our couch and James K Polk.
We also went to this giangantic food store, selling all kinds of delicious international food. Then we ate it. We bought this huge sack of fortune cookies. We (that is, I, mostly) were working through it pretty fast until my dad discovered a maggot in the bag, so we had to throw the rest away.
We read aloud fairy tales, also. I read to them 'The Hedgehog and the Rabbit', a pretty lame story. When it was over, I made up an extension of the ending. In my version, the hedgehog spontaniously combusted. I read the 'Three Little Pigs', accompanied by M on the Autoharp. Then M read us a SUPER dumb story called 'Little One-Eye, Little Two-Eyes and Little Three-Eyes', this time accompanied by me on the Autoharp.
I also drew this picture, quite possibly the greatest artistic venture of the 21 Century.

Write an Entry
"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
