Hello all,

On Friday, I passed another milestone here on h2g2. It's now been nine whole years since I registered!

And it crept past again...

21st May, my h2g2 birthday. Eight years since I signed up and became U177581.

A typical sign of my organisation - I noticed this but failed to mention it until now!

Whoami? is back, and this time it's actually going to happen.

Hello everyone,

For those of you with the shorter memories, I'm Whoami? smiley - cake, and a while ago I was one of h2g2's more obsessive volunteers. Then, I went to university, and things deteriorated from there in terms of my h2g2 life.

Reason one was my sudden and extensive involvement in London Student, a fine student newspaper covering the University of London (http://www.lon.ac.uk). Reason two was slightly more sinister, and was essentially that I wasn't entirely a very well person in myself. I'm now in my final year of study, a year later than planned. Happily, most of the good friends that I've made are still around, even if not still studying.

I really just wanted to say that I've decided to get back and do some things. Small things, initially, but nevertheless I wanted to say it publicly because I don't entirely trust myself to make it happen otherwise!

Live on rarefm.co.uk at 1100GMT!

Just to let y'all know that I'll be looking after the magnificent, rustic Rare FM (Student Radio for UCL) on Wednesday morning as I do every week, from 1100-1230 GMT. Please listen in, ask for dedications/requests, etc.!

It's http://www.rarefm.co.uk/ and works with Winamp or iTunes (or Xmms for Linux people) but not Windows Media Player. Winamp is a free download from http://www.winamp.com/ if you're stuck for a player!
