Posted Jun 22, 2003
Are you travelling to the meet on Saturday by train? If you're travelling from or through Birmingham New Street, Coventry, Oxford, Didcot Parkway, Reading or Slough, there's a travel plan for meeting up progressively en route, and it's all explained at F123895?thread=288673

The Editors are eating the Edited Guide, or so it seems!
Posted Jun 21, 2003
I'm getting less and less inclined to be good-humoured of late - Entries are being removed from the Edited Guide at an alarming rate. I never used to see any, but they're being taken away.
Anyone got any good conspiracy theories? Are the Eds being forced to by someone from on high? Is there someone trawling the EG for material that they can take offence at for fun?
I don't know the real reason. Enlighten me! Why are good Entries being hidden, deleted or removed from the Edited Guide which we all work so hard to promote and produce?

I'm getting there...

It's only Monday and I'm already shattered. Mainly because I wasn't asleep until gone midnight and I was up again before 6am. I love duty days (yesterday) and essays (this morning).
