My doctor says it won't hurt you. All it does is clear your sinuses and make you very, very sleepy. As I live in the middle of pine-pollen hell, this is the only medication I take.

They sell gallons of the stuff in the local shops.

In spring, the pine pollen is ankle deep. Car dealers have one colour of car to sell - yellow. The roads have darker stripes where the cars have passed. Everybody has allergies, all the time.

I have never been in a place before where pollen was *visible*...

I wrote a song about the allergies that bloom in the Spring. It sounds as though the pines are doing their thing long after Spring has sprung.
