I want a leather jacket. I've wanted one for years. I'd like an MX-5 too. Midlife crisis or normal want to have fun behaviour? I prefer the latter

Last night, I got an unexpected phone call. We had a nice wee chat. Then this morning, I got an email "using the business phone was naughty, but I deserve it, and you're worth it".

What a week, after the fun of Scot Meet and the Reunion I got a cold!
Unfortunately, I had to keep coming in, because I had stuff to do, and there's no one to cover for me 
. But, today, I feel a lot better, and I'm certainly calmer than I was this time last friday! 
A quiet weekend for me this weekend. I need it!

Well, according to the Demon Parkie we could "get pished, but nae ball games"
Top day out! I only was able to spend the afternoon with the Meet, but it was good fun and they're a good bunch. I'm glad I decided to go, I enjoyed meeting everyone. I was wavering, because I thought people would think who is this Nellie. They almost never post, and they don't write anything (both true) - but then I forgot, it's open to all here, no matter! Silly of me
. Thanks for a good time, I'm sorry I missed the trip to the Holyrood Tavern, and the look on Wumbie's face when he realised he was going south, not west on the train! (you meant well Gonzo At last, I met someone older than 12, who drinks Buckie!
My part 2 on saturday was a reunion with some of my mates from school. It was a good catch up night, but, we all staggered home earlier than the meet, because, of various things, including a sick mother, and driving to Kirkcaldy. We are going to meet again, and try and do it "properly". I'll make sure it's not on the same day as a scot meet too! I want to do that properly too
PS I had to hold the eedjit's hand and sort out the guest login problem (ie phone the IT Guy) for them this morning. Any other member of the Dept would have done it themselves....

One of the Guys I work for is a total eedjit! Anyone who spends 45 minutes failing to log in to a system, and refuses to contact the IT bod for assistance is a buerk! Then he says....it 20 past 5 will he still be in?
Errrrr no.
Nellie! He'll just have to wait until Monday now! and hope he can get sorted out in time for his presentation.
Maybe I can get home now
Still, it's the meet up in Edinburgh tomorrow, and a wee reunion with some school mates in the evening 
Yes, I'm going to try and do 2 social things at once
Can I survive? Watch this space!
