Just pinned a note on my door saying..won't be back until 28th August....wonderful feeling.
It feels like it is going to thunder...I do hope so...I love thunder storms.
Packed away the coffee maker..even washed my cup
.....It'll take me a week to calm down.
I'll be able to pop in to h2g2 whenever I want.

only one more dayuntil my holidays.
I've even set up the boring database..it's not finished yet but it is there if anyone asks.I've seen a job in scotland too!
It may not be suitable but I'll find out anyway....I need a different job.
It's more pay so must be better and must be less hassle.

only two more days after today and I am off for 3 weeks ..hurrah!!!!
One week to sleep ,one week to catch up on my postgrad.(only a few months behind), and one week to go mad in.
I can get to know my new stereo ..I haven't even had chance to try it out yet.
Next year i am taking more holidays so I don't get as tired as this year. Plus I want some time off to do some more research...AND we are getting a pay rise soon !!
I've ordered some books so i can sit and read in peace .....bliss and 14 bottles of red wine
....probably just enough for three weeks
Anyone want to join me??????

I had a really nice birthday yesterday, even though I am a long way from most of my friends and family.
I still have 
to come as the post office couldn't deliver them as i was at work They are coming saturday.
My new and very nice next door neighbours took in a flower arrangement that was delivered from my oldest friend.
It's absolutely beautiful...problem will be keeping catty paws off it.
I got a book of urban myths that is very funny...I'll have to try and post some in my journal.
One of my presents is a fizzy bath bomb...HMMMM....someone trying to get rid of me?
