Monday or sodits

well it's monday or sodits again.
Clive the ostrich had lunch with daughter and myself last thing(thursday) in the students union.
he may never recover!
I did the mother thing and chided him for not eating his vegetables
he of course took no notice.
I wish i could find another job..sigh .....i keep looking but nothing so far has come up. This one is the pits. I'm working 12 hours some days and I have to work 4 saturdays this semester....no wonder i get tired. What happened to 9 to 5 jobs with weekends off?
grumble grumble grumble.......

one of those days

got up this morning...found my watch had stopped...forgot that i was going to get anew battery......then
I opened a tin of catfood and all the gravey went all over my shirt
no time to change so sponged it off and hope no one notices a pong..sprays perfume widely.....
never mind soon be Halloween ...and then it is Christmas YAY!!!!!

another day

well here I am back at work having survived a horrendous weekend .Went to work saturday..had 120 people turn up for a presentation and someone had swiped the equipment!
I was exhausted by the time the day was over ,rewriting the script as i went.
the good news is my daughter is back on h2g2 ...nessieoftheshorthair.Go visit her ..she needs names for the 
on her page.
I am going to sort out some dates for days off next month so i can visit AGB.It's just juggling classes and meetings ..it can be done

ostriches

I met Clive the flying ostrich today...he's a funny guy (funny HA HA not funny perculiar)
Luckily he is colour blind so the full might of the strange coloured hair didn't affect him too much.
It startled my night class students somewhat
I think he's going to pop in again tomorrow...this could be a fun semester......another mad person to share my coffee and chocolate biscuits with. We'll have to go to the students union bar one night and get ratted!

I'm going to meet clive the flying ostrich this week and in a couple of weeks AGB! 
this should make life interesting.I'm really looking forward to it.
I've warned clive about my hair....I think he thinks i'm joking. Ah well I tried
