Aha ! The entire point of MC is that there are no rules - it's not a real game it just has the appearance of having rules and is a game. That's why it's so hilarious.

Goodness knows. One of the best thing about going to the dentist when I was little was that mum'd always buy me a lolly whistle when I'd been. They were very noisy
