well I kind of let out alot of anger that has been bulding up over the past 4 months out in one massive argument with my Mum.
I felt a dam site better after it was over though

Don't let anger build up, Bob ... that's what ends up happening. 
Deal with the problems when they're smaller and you're still able to think rationally about them.

but acyually my maine problem was I let them talk me in to somthing that I shouldent have don in the first plce..they thouhgt it would help and I knew it wouldent but went any way..if that maks senc...proberbly not
