Item arrangement
For general harmony.
Often overdone.
(Feng Shui is a serious practice, it's just got hijacked by the West - it's got nothing to do with candles with symbols on 'em. Some of it's just common sense - like don't have your stairs immediately facing your doorway. They do it with faces too - my grandmother keeps trying to get me to have the mole on my nose removed, because it means that I will cry a lot in life... apparently. 
)
