Hi Elektra smiley - smiley Just back from another busy weekend away - only saw the horses from a distance, but they said I could come back to ride 'em. How are you doing?

Thanks. I'm riding a three-year-old on Monday nights that's only been under saddle for six weeks - a real challenge! smiley - puff I should find a pool, too - not been swimming in over four years!

Got plenty of exercise last weekend, though - medieval bringing in the May, so archery, fencing, egg and spoon races, juggling, and last but not least, hours and hours of dancing! smiley - biggrin

I don't have any classes at the moment (just a presentation tomorrow) because I'm on work placement. Hopefully, it will turn into my Master's project.

How's your weather? It still freezes at night here, can't imagine it being pool season smiley - brr

Weather here is 22 degrees C day time. 10-12 degrees at night. Pollen is still fairly bad so antihistamines are required to keep the nose from clogging up nights.smiley - smiley

What job did you snag for the summer or will telling someone about it jinx it for you? If so never mind, hopefully it will be more rewarding than the interview was. smiley - winkeye

Yes, the job involves driving smiley - ponys, possibly riding them as well. Also tending a vegetable garden, growing hay, potatoes, and flax, and taking care of cows, goats, chickens, and sheep. All in clothes 100 years out of fashion smiley - biggrin

Well I hope the clothes are comfortable. Well you be able to wear macs or use umbrellas in the rain? I suppose wellies are out, but maybe you can wear clogs of some sort.
