The Gazpacho instructions said to cook it, so i did that, but then stuck it in the fridge with a couple of ice cubes in it, as it is emant to be chilled.
I am glad that my clumsiness has a purpose, really I am.
And who said it was only two hours Jordan- I was skipping from about 11.00 sunday night to Monday afternoon. that's a lot of scrabble...
