As I see it, this is either where we don't talk about the weather not in Austin, or we talk about everything but the weather in everywhere but Austin, or possibly, this is where we talk about nothing unless there is no weather in Austin....

The flaw to that plan is that Gosho would have a hard time opsting anything at all without careful vetting to expunge anything about Austin....
Since I value his witty observations, I think it only fair that we should just ignore the title and continue on with whatever strikes our fancy weatherish/Austinish/Goshoishlike...
