Yeah, what? Hello Shea
I used to buy the NME every Thursday at a newsagents in Manchester on my way to work in Ashton-Under-Lyne, and keep it in my bag all day long until I could read it in the bath on Thursday evening with a nice cup of Of course, we're talking of the days when XTC were still making good records, when the country had only just heard about Gordon the Moron, when you could see The Fall and Joy Division on the same bill, when The Smirks were the best live band in the country, and the Factory hadn't yet become the Hacienda.

Cheerio, Pardner!
I don't know what took me so long to get here, but I seem to have shown up at the right time!
I loved XTC back then with Black Sea, White Music, English Settlement, etc. Great music!!!
Now I have to take out my "I Robot" and put in "Mecanik Dancing"
Sorry I haven't popped in before, but I've always been a fan.

Hello Parrfers, nice to see you back. I haven't been around much myself after the, er, chocolate covered popular vocalist incident It's been pretty quiet all round really - Shea's been busy too so she hasn't been getting much h2g2 time either, and I haven't seen Bathers for ages

Yeah, a touch before my wife's time too I was off seeing The Stranglers and XTC before she was even born, and all that Manchester stuff happened just around the time she was slurping and squishing her way into the world. Weird huh?
