All About Me!!!
Im 26 years old and from England in the U.K.
I learnt about this site through my employer and feel that it may help with certain aspects of my life. I have suffered from depression through my teenage and adult years and anxiety since i was a toddler where i had to see a child psychologist. I have been treated with different medications, councelling, and therapies but they (the mental health team) are now looking at the possibility of bipolar disorder, so i would be interested to hear from anyone who has this or can offer any support and advice. In fact i'd be happy to hear from anyone lol!
I am interested in all manner of things including shopping, the cinema, relaxation techniques (yoga, pilates), i like to see my friends and have a huge interest in writing and fashion. I like to party, and i love love love London and would like to live there (again) some day.
