Chocolate with coconut would be great! Thank you.
I've been ok. Lots to do and seemingly never enough time to finish anything. One step at a time... Today was a long day at work due to computer issues which are fixed, now. *sigh*
On a brighter note, actually a , I bought a ticket on the 18th for a concert that was to have been on the 13th, but it was postponed due to illness. It will now be on January 26. The singer is Bryan Adams.

Chocolate or Bryan Adams?
I've seen him in New Orleans, twice. The first was in 1992 (New Orleans arena or UNO). Still have shirt, pin and program. In 1994 he replaced the Red Hot Chili Peppers as the opening act for the Rolling Stones at the very last minute. Yeah, I was really broken up over that *not*. That was at the Super Dome. Still have the shirt. There were no pins or programs because it was such a rushed deal to get Bryan as a replacement, just in time for us to see him.
This concert will be in Baton Rouge and just a few miles from where I work.

Bryan has played here a few times, though I have to admit I haven't seen him. Saw The Stones' Voodoo Lounge & Steel Wheels tours though.

It was the Voodoo Lounge tour we saw in New Orleans. Or as Mick Jagger said 'New Orleeenz'.
In 1992, Bryan got a lesson in y'at speak. Y'at is the accent that makes 'where are you at?' sound like 'where y'at?'. He said 'Hello, New Or Le anz' to be told loudly 'N'orlins'. He tried that, not quite on the first try, the second try was better then he asked over the mic 'how do you spell that with a W?'. I Didn't quite catch the reply from the crowd, but Bryan answered 'oh, an H, Really?'. 'Hello, Nah lins!'.
Good sense of humor.

This is pretty much spot on for y'at speak: http://callais.net/NO_yat_dictionary.htm
Somehow, that worries me a little bit.

Do you have a dentist that will do emergency stuff on Saturday or do you have to wait until Monday to make an appointment?
Bonjour
j_z_d Posted Oct 22, 2011
Don't think it's an emergency...can wait until Mon. or even Tues..
