Titania (gone for lunch)

One of those music videos that make me smile.

I'm imagining Chevy Chase telling his buddy Paul Simon 'Hey Paul, could I be in one of your music vidoes?'

'Sure, don't call me, I'll call you.'

And Chevy Chase thinks that's the last he's heard of it, until Paul calls him one day, saying 'We're recording tomorrow, be at the studio at 10 sharp.'

And when Chevy Chase gets there, thinking he'll be a background figure, Paul tells him 'No, no, you'll be up front singing the song!'

And Chevy Chase goes 'What?!!!'

And the result is here:

Paul Simon is a legend. I like his "50 ways to leave your lover" as much as "You can call me Al". Some of his lyrics are used in everyday speech (I certainly quote him a lot) I don't think there can be a bigger compliment for a songwritersmiley - musicalnotesmiley - biro

Like a memory it falls
Soft and warm continuing
Tapping on my roof and walls"
