He could well mean me, and yeh, not working has in my experiance in many ways sucked a lot more than working Its more fun coming on HooToo anyhow if your doing it in work time and your being I guess, paid for it

I blame 2legs
Its so hard to get anything done if you've all the time each and every day, AKA when unemployed, there isn't any urgency to doing anything Of course not having can be a bit of a problem too

Stupid tax, 34th April, reaccuring each month on a fortnightly basis non less than six days after the end of the month, and payment due infull each six week period of the proceding bimonthly quater and returns in by the fourth sunday before stupidity commences the rate is set at 10% aboe the basic rate of tax except for when this sum is less than the squre of the hypotamuse, in which case a nominal pervasive and phenominal rate is due at the descrinationary rate which is typically set at anything other than that at which stated on initial subsequent and primary return forms.
